Grove Park Collective
Grove Park Renewal operates a non-profit collaboration office building known as the 1566 Hollowell building. The space helps organizations stay in place with affordable rents, thereby creating a collaborative haven for idea incubation and execution. With a 500-square-foot coffee shop and cafe, the building also provides the community with a space to gather and connect.
The organization needed a new identity for its office building in order to help to better communicate its goals and purpose to the community while also inviting them into the space. Additionally, the new identity would improve fundraising efforts in support of the building. The tree icon was chosen as a symbol of growth, union, and strength. The typography choice gives the overall identity a contemporary and urban look.
